Service Level Objective (SLO) of Express Production

Here are the essential key figures (SLOs) that we guarantee to you:

• Production Time: Guaranteed 1 business day for the following products: Rollups (excluding Big Rollup), advertising banners, brochure stands, A1 pavement signs, clamp rail posters, LED spotlight, LED lamp for exhibition walls.

• Service Availability: 24/7 order acceptance through our online shop.

Definition of the "Express" Guarantee

The 1 business day production time refers to the period from the start of the production process until handover to our shipping service provider.

The production process bindingly begins when the following two steps have been completed:

1. Final File Approval: You have submitted your correct print data to us and/or the data check has been approved.

2. Payment Receipt: The full payment for the order has been credited to our account.

Important Note: Orders that are approved and paid for after 9:00 AM are considered received on the following business day, which shifts the production time accordingly.
